Sales and Business Development for the Non-Sales Professional

Jim was a coach who delivered business services to his clients. He had worked as a consultant in the field of technology for other companies before venturing out on his own. Jim did not have any sales experience and was not prepared for what he had to do to grow his business. Jim stated that he did not like sales, and did not want to come off as “salesy.”
